Thank You for Joining The Brain Friends Coaching Programme!
We’re so excited to welcome your child into their Brain Friends group.
Here’s everything you need to know before sessions begin
About the Sessions
Sessions take place live each week on Zoom and last 30 minutes.
Groups are small and age-based to create a calm, supportive space where children can learn, play and connect.
Sessions are interactive but low-pressure — children can take part by chatting, using emojis, or simply watching until they feel comfortable.
Each session focuses on one clear takeaway that builds over time to support emotional regulation, awareness and confidence.
Please ensure you have completed your onboarding form before your child’s first session.
You will be emailed your Zoom login details once your onboarding form is complete.
These are the same login details for every weekly session, so please save them somewhere safe.
If you haven’t received your link within 48 hours of completing your form, please check your junk or spam folder, or email emily@thebrainfriends.co.uk.
💳 About Your Payment
Your first payment has been received — thank you!
Payments are collected monthly on the same date each month via Direct Debit (or as a one-off if you selected that option).
The programme runs continuously throughout the academic year with a rolling intake — you can join at any time.
December is billed at 2 sessions only, as we close mid-month.
August is not billed, but a free “Back to School” session will be provided.
You can pause or cancel your plan at any time by emailing emily@thebrainfriends.co.uk — please allow 7 days’ notice before your next payment date.

Tips for a Great Session
Find a quiet, comfortable space and test your Zoom sound before joining.
Younger children (ages 4–6) will need a parent or carer nearby.
Keep some paper, pens or crayons handy for drawing or reflection.
Encourage your child to show up exactly as they are — calm, chatty, shy or wobbly — every Brain Friend is welcome.
We Can’t Wait to Begin
The Brain Friends are ready to help your child build confidence, emotional regulation and resilience — one week at a time.
If you have any questions or need support before starting, please email hello@thebrainfriends.co.uk — we’re always happy to help.
