Bring The Brain Friends Home!

A NEW Online Coaching Programme!

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual but it can come with a map.

The Brain Friends® are here to help.

This simple, science-backed model helps your child understand what’s going on in their brain and body, and gives you the language and tools to support them in the moments that matter most.

Whether your child is 4 or 12, The Brain Friends grow with them, offering a shared way to talk about emotions, behaviour, boundaries, and big feelings.

It’s not just for tricky moments. The Brain Friends can be part of your everyday family rhythm:

-Morning routines and school runs

-After-school meltdowns or emotional shutdowns

-Bedtime worries and anxious thoughts

-Sibling squabbles, friendship wobbles and everything in between

-Even celebrations, success and building confidence

The Brain Friends Online Programme is a weekly online experience designed to help children build emotional awareness, resilience, and practical tools for real life. Led live on Zoom in small, supportive groups, each session introduces one clear takeaway—layered through games, stories, and Brain Friends characters that children love.

This is not therapy. It’s not tutoring. It’s science-backed, SEN-friendly emotional education—delivered in a fun, playful way that kids enjoy and parents trust.

The programme is designed for children who may benefit from:

  • Help recognising and naming emotions
  • Support calming their body and handling overwhelm
  • Boosts in confidence, social skills, or resilience
  • A shared language to talk about feelings at home
  • Preparation for transitions (e.g. starting school, moving to secondary)

It’s also ideal for home educated children, those with EBSA (emotionally based school avoidance), or children with sensory or social communication differences. You’ll be asked to complete a short onboarding form to make sure the group is the right fit for your child.

Weekly sessions are 30 minutes on Zoom. Children are put into age and stage groups of up to 10 children.

Tame Time Junior (ages 4–6)
